Welcome to your new Covey Homes neighborhood! Here are a few guidelines to make your neighborhood experience seamless from the start:
- Any smart home technology, including video doorbell cameras, alarm sensors, and smart thermostats, is provided by management and may vary by neighborhood.
- Parking is restricted to permitted vehicles in designated spaces, including garages and driveways. Parking expectations vary by neighborhood.
